Confiscating Skies

This series was made during the quiet in-between moments from March 2020 until December 2021. The book contains a collection of daytime collages and nocturnal poems: Images of sunlight and clouds caught in interiors are put next to rhymes I had written in sleepless nights.
In the collages, I combined analog photographs of skies I had taking during previous travels with digital photographs I shot inside. The home thus turns into an ambiguous space in which everything starts to merge: inside and outside, reality and dream, virtual and physical, day and night.
